# Connectez votre CRM

Leadbay se connecte à votre CRM via des fichiers .csv et des connecteurs Zapier.

Qu’est-ce que Zapier ?

Zapier agit comme un pont qui connecte des milliers d’applications et de services, automatisant les flux de travail sans nécessiter de programmation. Il permet de créer des actions automatisées, appelées Zaps, qui se déclenchent lorsqu’un événement spécifique se produit dans une application, entraînant une action dans une autre application, sans intervention humaine.

### Activer la connexion Leadbay-Zapier

Pour intégrer Leadbay avec Zapier, suivez ces étapes :

1\. Accéder au lien d’invitation : La connexion Zapier de Leadbay est actuellement accessible sur invitation uniquement. Accédez à l’intégration via ce lien : [Invitation Zapier Leadbay.](https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/186700/31de3445b74ad2736aa150f9f07f4bd3/)

2\. Accepter l’invitation : Cliquez sur le bouton “Accepter l’invitation et créer un Zap” pour continuer.
