Any characteristic of aLead.

Any change to any attribute of a Lead.

An entity (usually a company) that can potentially be imagined buying a product or a service.

p.s. We acknowledge that some people use the term account to refer to a company, and lead to refer to an individual person. In the absence of generalized terminology, and knowing that account often indicates an already established relationship, we decided on the above semantics of the term lead.

A group of Users, client of Leadbay.

A numeric value representative of the priority given to a particular Lead. Users control the score calculation by setting parameters of an algebraic equation involving Attributes or Events. as variables.

A person using Leadbay product, typically belonging to an Organization, client of Leadbay.

A group of Leads potentially defined dynamically by setting selection criteria involving Attributes or Events.
